We specialize in personal and small business financial counseling. We believe in planning to avoid financial surprises, with consideration given to the economic and nonfinancial aspects of life as well as tax savings. We have clients located in more than 4 countries and 10 states. The owner of the firm is Barbara Cooper. Ms. Cooper has been a licensed CPA in the state of Texas since 1981 and is a Rice business school alum.
